Established patients can schedule an appointment by calling 307-315-6133 between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to Noon on Friday.
For anyone interested in joining our practice as a new patient:
We want to thank everyone for the robust interest in Rocky Mountain Family Medicine and the huge volume of new patients! As much as we want to provide care for everyone in our area, we do have to limit our patient panel to keep access to all of our current patients. For now, Rocky Mountain Family Medicine will only accept new patients who are a good fit for our practice OR as always, have family members who are current patients of ours or have a referral from another doctor.

For new patients that already have an appointment scheduled:
If you have been to another medical facility in the past 3 years we will need to obtain those records. Please fill out the Records Release form and fax, e-mail, mail or drop off to our office prior to your visit so that our providers may familiarize themselves with your history prior to your initial visit. Or, more conveniently, we can text you a link to complete a records release form.

What is the Patient Portal?
Patient Portal allows you access to your medical record anytime and anywhere including your medications, allergies, past medical history, surgical history, and any lab tests or radiology reports performed out of our office. You may also schedule an appointment with your medical provider or request medication refills as well. Patient Portal is only available to ESTABLISHED patients of Rocky Mountain Family Medicine. The portal will give you an option of requesting a virtual visit, scheduling your own appointment and requesting refills.
